Cafe Biere is my personal favorite place to go for a bottomless mimosa brunch. Why? Because Cafe Biere is the ONLY place that I’ve been to that serves over 20 flavors of mimosas. Yea, you heard me, over 20 flavors. Ivan, the owner, goes out every Friday to a local market to buy fresh seasonal fruits to make fruit juices to put into his mimosas. Some flavors include (but not limited to) traditional orange, tangerine, honeydew, cantaloupe, basil, jalapeno mint, strawberry, lemon, pineapple, mango, guava, lavendar, pomegranate, grapefruit, and my personal favorite, watermelon. On any given weekend, you can count on Cafe Biere serving you the most unique mimosas. $12 might seem a little steep for bottomless mimosas, but trust me, it’s well worth it!
Given that Cafe Biere puts so much thought and effort into their mimosas, you can bet that the food is just as amazing as well. Here, I had a Salmon Benedict served with a dill hollandaise sauce which was delicious, everything was perfectly cooked and they even made the swap to sweet potato fries instead of roasted potatoes for me. The French Toast here is also a favorite and is highly recommended. The toast is made with Acme bread (the best bread company in the area) making this the best french toast I’ve ever had.
On sunny days, Cafe Biere allows for outdoor seating which is another bonus for me. Given that this is a small neighborhood restaurant, I would highly recommending going to Cafe Biere right when it opens because by 11:00 AM, you’d be lucky to grab a table for 2 without an hour wait.
