🎉 Yay! It’s finally here! I’d like to introduce you to (hopefully) one of many Shelly Guides to come. Today, for the first day of 2021, I bring you Shelly’s Ultimate Guide for Cleanses.
I’m so excited to share this with you because this has been a passion project of mine for the last few months of 2020.
📚 This 63-page guide (or e-book, PDF, whatever you want to call it) is filled with all the information you might possibly want to know about how to get started on doing a food cleanse! You can sign up here and get access to the guide.
I hope this e-book inspires you to try a food cleanse, or at least you’ll be able to pick up some new tips on healthy-ish recipes to try.
All I ask for in return is for you to share your e-mail with me so I have a way to see if this is interesting to anyone. I promise to never sell your information to anyone or to send you any spam (because you know, spam belongs in the kitchen 😂). Readers beware: lame jokes will likely be included in this guide.
I’ll mainly use your e-mail to send you any updates if I end up making more Shelly Guides. One topic that I get the most DMs about is about my kitchen renovation. So, who knows, that could be next! Let me know if the comments what you think! I’d love your feedback.
Note: If you don’t see it in your inbox, it’s likely in your promotions tab or spam folder 😃
Why did I make this guide?
One of my 2020 goals was to complete 2 cleanses: the Clean Cleanse and Whole30. But as I was doing these cleanses, I was also trying to recruit friends to do it with me. Hot tip: making friends do cleanses with you helps keep you more accountable and slightly more motivated. 😉
As I tried to explain these cleanses to my friends, I realized how long it’s been since I’ve made an update to the cleanse resources on this blog. Honestly, it’s a mess and no one has time to browse through it. Especially not my best friends who I’m trying to convince to do a cleanse with me. Ain’t nobody got time for that, am I right? Especially not in a pandemic!
So, I decided to just make a Google Slide presentation about it for them… My coworkers know me for my very very elaborate decks. It’s sort of my magic power (probably because I’m just a little dyslexic and I love information presented to me in a very pretty and visual way). Don’t ever ask me to make a short presentation for you because it will never happen!
Anyway, now that I ended up making a 63 page presentation about cleanses, I wanted to share it with you as well! I know that we’re all struggling out here trying to figure out how to function stuck at home all day. The pandemic is far from over, and we have to feed ourselves.
As always, thank you so much for your support and happy 2021!
