Totto Ramen’s menu is simple, there’s only 2-3 varieties of pretty much the same thing: Totto Chicken Paitan Ramen. You can get their Char Siu Pork or Chicken Ramen with their signature chicken broth. Love spice? Their special spicy sesame oil/sauce goes perfectly with the warm noodle soup.
You can choose to add your own traditional Japanese ramen toppings for an extra buck or two, but the amazing broth and hot sauce are the only two reasons why I keep going back for more. It’s also probably the reason why so many others wait an hour+ in line to get their hands on a bowl of their ramen. Also, if you’re seeking authentic Japanese food, be sure to check out their daily specials posted all over the wall.
Since there’s only about 30 seats available in the small restaurant, it definitely requires some wait time.
Would I wait an hour+ in the cold for this? Probably.
Would I wait an hour+ when you can wait 15 minutes? Probably not.
My advice? Go super late at night: 10-11PM late. Or, go 15 minutes before it opens at 5:30PM on Sunday and put yourself on the waiting list before the crowd gets there. Go at 5:30PM and expect to wait at least an hour.

i liked sitting at the bar and watching the guys prepare your bowl. The spicy wasnt too spicy either–definitely have to upgrade to the extra spicy next time!
Thanks Pat!! 🙂 I aim to please!
Welcome back!
i think everyone should get the original broth their first time there to taste the amazing soup base.
