There’s never a shortage of frozen mangos and blueberries in my freezer. Today I had some fresh blueberries so I’m using it instead. I find that these two fruits are all I need sometimes for a morning smoothie.
In addition to the fruit, I add aloe vera juice to help digestion, some ground flaxseed for fiber and of course my fave almond butter to give it some extra protein.
Blend everything with almond milk and serve. I really love my smoothies! 🙂
Blueberry & Mango Smoothie
10 oz unsweetened almond milk
1 cup of frozen mangos
1/2 cup of fresh or frozen blueberries
1 tablespoon of almond butter
1.5 tablespoon of ground flaxseed
splash of aloe vera juice
1. Add to blender. Blend until smooth and serve!
