It's hard for people w/ ADHD to stay focused while cleaning, but I've found that spending an extra 5 minutes writing out a list before getting started keeps me on track. The list has 3 categories: 1) things that have a place (takes 1 min, quick and easy) 2) things that take multiple steps (that takes 3-5 minutes) 3) things to decide later (to reduce decision fatigue) #adhdwomen #adhdproductivity #cleanhome

If youโ€™re experiencing burnout, this is a good sign that your tub is completely overflowing. How do you take a bubble bath if you canโ€™t even clear the drain? Stress hormones can build up in your body, and the best way to get rid of it is through movement. Iโ€™ve made daily movement a priority for this reason. The last few years, Iโ€™ve gotten REAL honest with myself about what lifestyle habits donโ€™t serve me anymore in my 30s. Iโ€™ve been really focused on prioritizing better habits so I can thrive, not just survive.
